Delivery

Smaller items will be sent via nationwide parcel courier services e.g. parcel force, Evri, DPD etc.

For all larger items, delivery of furniture items will be provided via a trusted, independent courier service. Rates are calculated on the size of the items and delivery location.

If you would prefer to use your own courier, or would like to collect in person, please email to discuss further before purchase.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns with a valid reason, however ask that you get in touch within 7 working days.

However, please bear in mind that most of our items are over 100 years old and will have wear commensurate with age. It’s the wear – the knocks, chippy paint, marks left through time and use etc, that has created the patina and the appeal to us in the first place!

We suggest that every effort is made to study the images and description given, including the dimensions, so that you know what to expect.
